We recommend using thin-layer adhesive mortars, ready to apply after adding water, to build blocks of aerated autoclaved concrete produced by H+H POLSKA. In winter time in the offer of the group of H+H POLSKA there is adhesive mortar which thanks to usage of special mixture composition can be used in the temperature to -5Co.

Building by means of adhesive mortars differs from classical building by means of regular traditional mortars or heat protective mortars. Dry adhesive mortar should be mixed with water by means of mixer set in slowly rotating drilling machine to achieve consistency according to a producer's instructions. Before applying the first layer it is necessary to level irregularities of foundation or floor slab by means of cement mortar. In case of laying the first layer of blocks on the foundation wall it is necessary to remember to lay horizontal insulation under a levelling level made of cement mortar.

After laying the first layer it is necessary to level small irregularities by means of grinding float, and then to remove appeared dust. Than a layer of adhesive on the entire width of the wall is applied by means of special trowel or container (see photos). The thickness of adhesive layer cannot exceed 3 mm. Then, when the levelling of blocks is controlled, horizontal ropes are extended in the corners of the building; the next layers are executed along these ropes using an additional spirit level and rubber hammer.

Applying the blocks with vertical walls connected in a tongue and groove system, gluing the vertical joints should not be executed. When building, it is necessary to pay attention to keep the same joint thickness within 2 - 3 mm. When building on thin-layer adhesive mortars, the blocks should not be wet by water.

H+H offers the following mortars:
PPK G Grey thin-layer mortar
PPK W White thin-layer mortar
PPK F Winter white thin-layer mortar
