Aircrete properties

1. THE WARMEST BUILDING MATERIAL
It has been long known that air is the best insulator. Air constitutes 60-85% of entire volume in the aerated autoclaved concrete structure and therefore the buildings made of aerated autoclaved concrete decrease demand for heating or air-conditioning in a significant degree. Thanks to its structure, aerated autoclaved concrete it the warmest constructional material whose technical parameters exceed available wall materials. Thanks to that fact, single-layer walls which do not require additional insulation can be executed very easily.

2. LIGHT
Small weight density is one of the most valuable properties of aerated autoclaved concrete. Thanks to its lightness it allows to adapt already existing places, e.g. extension of attics and lofts in which excessive load of structures, built many years ago, is forbidden. Additionally, the fact that most building works are executed manually and weight of transported elements plays a significant role is very important.

3. ECONOMIC
Aerated autoclaved concrete is much more lighter then bricks and lightweight aggregate concrete and at the erection of single-layer walls, as a rule, it is not necessary to use insulation materials what causes that it is extremely effective in terms of costs. Selecting H+H aerated autoclaved concrete you chose an economic system of house construction together with the products of the highest quality level. Exactness of dimensions, easiness of treatment and the highest insulation wall ability cause that the execution cost of ready walls of aerated autoclaved concrete is the lowest.

4. THE HIGHEST FIRE RESISTANCE
Because of its purely mineral composition, aerated autoclaved concrete is classified as non-combustible building material in the highest resistance class A1. During the fire it does not emit any harmful or toxic substances for the users. It is resistant to fire to the temperature of 1200°C and as opposed to other building materials it is heat-resistant. Fire resistance of aerated autoclaved concrete walls comes to 4 hours and fulfils the highest requirements of Polish regulations concerning the fire protection. The walls made of this concrete prevent from spreading fire and thanks to it they protect life and property and ensure an easy evacuation in case of fire hazard.

5. GOOD ACOUSTIC INSULATOR
The walls made of aerated autoclaved concrete have a bigger ability of sound damping in comparison with other building materials of the same density. The walls made of aerated autoclaved concrete ensure a high level of noise protection. Thanks to this fact, the walls show an excellent acoustic insulation and ensure calm, comfortable living and secure protection against onerous sounds coming both from outside and from inside of the building.

6. DURABLE FOR MANY GENERATIONS
Aerated autoclaved concrete does not age, it is resistant to chemical and biological corrosion. It is resistant to activity of mould, bacteria and acid rains in industrial regions. The composition of aerated autoclaved concrete eliminates the creation of rashes and salt precipitation, mildew and microorganisms harmful to the health.  It remains its properties during the entire period of building exploitation.

7. EXACTNESS OF DIMENSIONS
A production technology of aerated autoclaved concrete ensures the achievement of the highest exactness of dimensions (blocks of TLMB, TLMA type) what significantly makes building works easier and reduces of wall finishing costs.

8.  EASY IN MECHANICAL TREATMENT
The blocks and slabs can be, using the simplest tool, freely treated and cut; holes of various sizes can be executed in them for electric or water and sewage systems.

9. COMFORTABLE IN USE
The walls made of aerated autoclaved concrete ensure a comfortable micro-climate of the interior and have a positive influence on the mood of household members creating appropriate conditions both for work and rest as well.

10. HEALTHY AND ECOLOGIC
It is produces from raw materials harmless to the health:  crushed aggregate (sand or fly ash resulting from coal combustion in power plants or jointly – sand and ash), lime, cement and water. Thanks to the fact of using natural resources and modern production technology, the walls made of aerated autoclaved concrete ensure a good mood of household members. The pores in aerated autoclaved concrete allow to absorb surplus of humidity from air inside the building and give it back when the air is too dry. It prevents the walls from getting damp, developing mould and mildew and keeps air humidity at constant level which is optimal for people.
Thanks to the appropriate thickness, single-layer walls collect heat and give it back depending on indoor and outdoor temperature, keeping it at a constant level. This process takes place both in a daily and yearly cycle. It prevents from sudden cooling down in winter and excessive overheating in summer.
